Online Ordering:

Payments Accepted:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.  Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks or Money Orders for online purchases at this time.
In addition to shipping charges, Florida residents must pay sales tax of 6.5%

Shipping and Handling:

Your shipping charges will becalculated during checkout based on  the weight of the items purchased and your shipping address.Please keep in mind that custom items have a individualized time frame for production, in addition to actual shipping time. 
  • Current processing time for embroidered or personalized items is  10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the item description. 
For Local Pickup, we will refund your shipping charges once your order is picked up.
International Shipping - Not available at this time

Refunds / Exchanges:

All returns or exchanges must be made within 10  days after order delivery.  Items must not have been damaged, worn or laundered, and all items must be returned with the original tags attached AND receipt/invoice. 

Non Returnable Items include: Sale Items, Custom Printed Items, & Monogrammed and Custom Made Items. 
All Personalized and Embroidered items are custom orders, so please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  Please make sure to check your spelling  and letter ordering before placing your order.  If we should have any questions, we will happily give you a call.  If a item is personalized with the incorrect spelling based on the information given by the customer, the customer must repurchase the item at full cost before it can be corrected.  If the incorrect spelling is due to an error on our part, it will be corrected at no extra cost to our customer.  You must agree to these terms during checkout.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

You must email (contact page) us to obtain our required RETURN AUTHORIZATION(RA) number.  Include your order number, list of items you would like to return and the reason for the return in your email when requesting an RA number. 
NOTE: Returns received without an RA number printed on the outside of the package will be refused.  RA numbers that weassign, MUST be used within 1 week of your receipt of the RA number, OR it expires and cannot be used. 
You must use a carrier with insurance and tracking when making your return and promptly send your package to:

Please allow ample time for credits to be processed once the packaged has been received.  Credits will reflect items purchased less the shipping charges. Late returns will NOT be processed,  but will be marked RETURN TO SENDER.
